Hey I just wanted to tell you that I have been really impressed with you as a realtor.  I have dealt with a lot of realtors in my short life, and you have been one of the best. You are attentive, communicative, realistic and optimistic at the same time.  Thank you.

Jeff Thanks a Million for making a Touch Down on this Deal. It was high stress as I was torn on going back to Winnipeg or staying in Alberta. You Definitely are a great agent and you and Chris are a team that turned my No into a Yes. Thanks for another Grey Cup Win! Even if the Bombers are #1…

I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation for Chris and Jeff's service. I met Chris when he bought a vehicle from me at the dealership I work at. I decided to use Chris as a realtor because I do not know anyone in my circle that was a realtor. Chris is well rounded in the market and gives good advice to his clients, both him and Jeff were nice to deal with and had our best interests in mind the whole time while selling our home and purchasing a new one. Chris and Jeff were both patient with us since we did not have any idea on what size home we would like to buy, they also offered helpful advice since they know what to look for and what to be notified of when purchasing a home. I would use their services again and I had a good experience.

Thanks for negotiating on our behalf to get us our awesome new home at a price that we liked, and thank you for selling our home in a timely manner!  Thumbs up!

If you are looking for a top notch guy in real estate, you’ll want to speak to Chris Richter for he is top rated, he approaches selling or buying in a very down to earth way, caring, compassionate a Relator friend in every way. If you are looking to buy or sell a place, reach out to Chris he will bring a smile to your face.

Thanks again for your work. I feel like it's a bit of an end to an era for us in Calgary, but we appreciate all of your help over the years.

You got our business because you are a go getter who actually cared about getting things done and houses sold. You've been fantastic the whole time, which makes not physically being in the city a lot less stressful. Thank you so much for you expertise!

Working with Chris was a pleasure, very patient and developed a very keen sense as to what I was looking for in home. Never felt pressure or that I was wasting his time when I was asking questions. He's knowledge of building and what to look out for was great to see in action.

If you want someone who goes above and beyond- its Chris. We put our house up for sale and immediately had interest. We weren’t sure we’d even be able to sell successfully considering the market at that time. Chris helped us pinpoint specific issues that had to be addressed with the home before we listed, and after we listed he would often check in with us to see how things were going. Anytime we called, he’d answer - even late into the evening.

After we moved out and relocated to a new city, Chris would often check on the house. And as contractors stopped by to estimate prices on things that needed to be fixed, he would make sure to be there. He made this process so worry-free for us and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The house sold quickly, and we are so happy with the way things turned out.

Thanks for all you do Chris. We feel really blessed to have had you as our realtor.

Hey Chris, thanks for all your help with making this happen!

Thanks for your prompt service and hard work Chris, you're the best!

Chris Richter was quick to understand my home needs and steer me in the right direction of my beautiful home in Northwest Calgary. He's professionalism made the
process of finding a suitable home easy. Chris's fast action, and response when I found the home I really loved. Was I believe the reason I bought the home I did. I was unsure of how to proceed. Chris jumped into action He quickly arranged a solid offer and I was able to purchase my home with the first offer we put on the table,
Even though there were other offers.

For that reason I was able to purchase a nice home in a good location. Chris is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a second time homebuyer, but this is my first home bought with a realtor. It was a wonderful experience working with Chris Richter. Im definitely happy to recommend him to my friends!

I wanted you to know...

I am a first time buyer.  Tight condo market.

A property comes on market near my work which is very rare!

Saw it. Loved it.  Wanted it.  Offers were two days away.

Chris got it for me!  That day!

Chris got me in the door and ahead of the pack!

No competing in a "multiples war"  in the end.

And I paid less than I thought I'd have to!

I just wanted you to know...........so your friends or family will call Chris
